The BB Common was a staple of bottom bracket tools before things got complicated by oversized spindles and press fit. These start as a solid aluminum billet and get precision machined for a nice clean fit. They use a 3\/8\" square drive for use with your favorite ratchet or torque wrench. We even engrave the default torque spec on them so you don't have to look it up anymore.
